State Grant Money Helps Customers Reduce Their Water & Wastewater Bills

Thousands of LADWP customers received automatic bill credits this month through the California Water and Waste Water Arrearage Payment program to help them catch up on past due water bills incurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. These credits targeted arrears of income qualified customers accumulated between March 2020 to December 2022.
