Commercial Lighting Incentive program
LED Interior Ceiling Mounted, Downlight and Highbay Fixtures, Exterior LED Pole Mounted and Wallpack Fixtures, LED Lamp Replacements, Lighting Controls Financial incentives based on kilowatt hours (kWh) saved up to the cost of the project.
Food Service Program
Rebates on high efficiency cooking, refrigeration, and other commercial kitchen equipment, including electric ovens, fryers, steam cookers, refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, dishwashers, and more.
Customer/Employee EV Chargers
Rebates available for Level 2 chargers for light duty EVs and AC/DC fast chargers for medium and heavy duty vehicles. Incentives include up to $5,000 per Level 2 charger and up to $125,000 per DC fast charger.
Business Offerings for Sustainable Solutions
The program provides financial incentives for energy efficiency and electrification retrofits—including efficient appliances, energy management systems, advanced controls, HVAC and refrigeration upgrades, and more—with incentives covering up to 100% of eligible project costs for measures that exceed Title 24 requirements.
