A: You cannot transfer service to another person. The person who wants to turn on new service can apply by phone (Residential Contact Us or Commercial Contact Us), or in person (visit any of our LADWP Customer Service Centers).
A: You must contact us by phone (Residential Contact Us or Commercial Contact Us) or in person (visit any of our LADWP Customer Service Centers). Any change/cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the requested turn on, turn off, or transfer date.
