Project Description
The City Trunk Line South Unit 6 (CTLS 6) project will install a reinforced lining within 1,300 feet of existing trunk line and replace an additional 300 feet of welded steel pipe. Trunk lines are critical large diameter pipes that transport substantial volumes of water throughout the distribution system. Additionally, this project will retrofit and replace existing facilities needed to operate the pipeline. The CTLS 6 project will increase system flexibility while enhancing reliability to customers in the area.
Construction Information
Construction for CTLS 6 will take place on Coldwater Canyon Avenue, Oeste Avenue, and Avenida Del Sol.
Lane closures may be necessary around work areas, and some street parking may be temporarily unavailable. Traffic signs will be posted as needed to guide drivers. Local access will remain available, and deliveries and emergency services will not be affected.
Work hours are expected to be Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday work and extended working hours may be necessary.
