How to Enroll in Paperless Billing Service
If you enroll an account in Paperless Billing Service, you will no longer receive paper bills in the mail for that account and will be automatically subscribed to receive email notifications when you can view and pay your bill online. To enroll, please log in to your account and from the Account Summary page2 either:
- Click on "Enroll in Paperless Billing Service" under Billing Options and follow the instructions, or
- Select "Learn more" in the Go Paperless promotion box located on the left side of the page and follow the instructions.
How to Edit Paperless Billing Service
If you need to edit your enrollment (including un-enrolling from this service), please log in to your account and from the Account Summary page* click on "Edit Paperless Billing Service Enrollment" under Billing Options and follow the instructions. Changes to an email address can also be made through this edit function.
1Customers will only receive the $10 credit the first time they enroll in paperless billing. If a customer has previously enrolled in paperless billing, they are not eligible for the applicable credit.
2If you have more than one account associated with your online username, you will have to enroll/edit each account separately.
